Equipment

  • Juicer or blender (for fluffy juice)
  • Fine mesh Strainer (if you don’t like pulp)
  • Bar Spoon (for mixing)
  • Highball glass (classic Garibaldi style)

Ingredients

  • oz Campari
  • 4 oz freshly squeezed orange juice
  • Orange wedge or slice for garnish

Instructions

  • Use a highball glass and pack it full to keep your drink nice and chilled.
  • Pour in 1½ oz of Campari, then slowly top it with 4 oz of freshly squeezed orange juice. If you whipped the juice (using a blender or frother), pour it gently to keep the foam.
  • Give it a gentle stir with a bar spoon, just enough to combine without flattening the foam. Garnish with an orange wedge or slice on the rim.

Notes

Tip:
For that fluffy foam you see in cocktail bars, whip your orange juice first using a blender, shaker, or milk frother before adding it to the glass.
