This Jack and Coke cocktail recipe uses just two ingredients, and you can have your jack and coke ready in under a minute. Pour whiskey over ice, top it with cola, then add a quick garnish if you feel like it.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Jack Daniel’s Tennessee whiskey Old No. 7 or preferred variation
  • 6 oz Coca-Cola or preferred cola
  • Ice
  • lime wedge or maraschino cherry for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • Fill a lowball glass all the way with ice.
  • Pour 2 oz Jack Daniel’s over the ice.
  • Add 6 oz Coca-Cola, pouring slowly down the side so it stays fizzy.
  • Give it 1 to 2 gentle stirs, then add a lime wedge or cherry if you want.
