Ingredients
  

  • oz whipped cream vodka
  • 1 oz key lime juice fresh or bottled
  • 1 oz RumChata
  • ¼ cup graham cracker crumbs for rimming the glass
  • 1 lime wedge to moisten the glass rim
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Lime zest or wheel for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Run a lime wedge around the rim of your shot glass. Dip the moistened rim into graham cracker crumbs for that classic pie crust feel.
  • Add ice to your cocktail shaker until it's about half full. Pour in the whipped cream vodka, key lime juice, and RumChata.
  • Shake the mixture hard for about 15 seconds. This chills the ingredients and blends them into a smooth, creamy texture.
  • Strain the mixture into your prepared shot glass. Top with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of lime zest.
