Strawberry Paloma Recipe
This bright pink cocktail brings sweet strawberry flavor to the classic Mexican paloma. The drink mixes fresh fruit with tequila and grapefruit for a summer favorite.

- 2 oz tequila blanco
- 2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup or agave syrup
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- 2-3 fresh strawberries for muddling
- Sparkling water to top
Prep your strawberries by rinsing, removing the tops, and slicing them. Muddle the pieces in a shaker until juicy.
Add tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and syrup to the shaker. Fill with ice and shake well for about 15 seconds until it feels cold.
Rim your glass with salt or Tajín if you’d like, then fill it with fresh ice.
Strain the mixture into your glass and top with sparkling water to your taste.
Garnish with a strawberry slice, lime wedge, or fresh basil or mint. Give it a light stir and enjoy.
